Well their chat was not very long but it was awesome! They explained the new band name, here are the details of 78violet:- 78 because 7 is Aly's favorite number & 8 is Aj's favorite number.
- violet is a very empowering color and they love it.
- the new single will most likely come out next fall.
- it will include more rock!
- they always wanted a real band name, and now they have one.
- their new CD will be entitled "78violet" (self-titled)
So those are the details, and the web chat was really cool, other than the explanation for their name there were many shutouts and they introduced us to their dog!
