The Fame Monster was originally going to be a re-release of The Fame, along with 8 new songs. From my understanding the regular edition of The Fame Monster will only include the 8 new songs, while the deluxe edition will include the entire The Fame album along with the 8 new songs. This is still being released on November 23rd, but I don't know about any other songs being included (i.e. remixes, b-sides). If I hear anything different than this, then I will post it asap.
